Welcome to Wright & Gather. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

Wright & Gather operates an online retail store selling consumer goods to customers in selected international markets.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, misuse, pricing errors, unavailable stock or breaches of these terms.

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout. Orders may be shipped by international fulfilment partners.

Delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. We are not able to control every delay caused by customs, weather or transport disruptions.

We remain responsible for delivery and any remedies required under applicable consumer laws.

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling charges.

Charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient where legally applicable. Customers will not be required to pay charges that must legally be paid or collected by Wright & Gather.

We maintain a limited voluntary returns policy and generally do not accept change-of-mind returns where legally permitted.

Damaged, faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods are assessed individually. We may request reasonable evidence and offer appropriate remedies in accordance with applicable law.

Customers retain statutory cancellation and return rights, including qualifying UK online purchase cancellation rights and Australian consumer guarantees.
